Something wrong? We replace or refund — fast

We want every bake to arrive perfect. If something isn’t right, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right — a fresh replacement or a full refund.

Fresh-food guarantee

Because everything we sell is baked fresh, we cannot accept returns of food items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below our standard, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +974 7738 2513 or email info@eleverqa.cc with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team responds quickly — fresh-food issues are always handled the same day.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued in full, including the delivery fee if the entire order is affected. Since orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer or cash, whichever you prefer.

Replacements

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will bake and deliver a replacement as soon as possible — usually the same day for pastries and within 24 hours for custom cakes.

What we can't accept

As a food business we cannot accept returns for change of mind, partially eaten items, or issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery. Custom cake orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery may not be refundable.
